CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling a class reservation more than 4 hours prior to the class start time will result in no penalty.

Cancelling a class reservation less than 4 hours to the class start time will result in a $10 late cancellation fee.

Failure to cancel a reservation for class and not showing up to that scheduled class will result in a $15 NO SHOW fee.

If you are booking a reservation for a guest, you are responsible for cancelling their reservation if they can no longer attend.

We reserve the right to cancel class for extenuating circumstances. If class is cancelled, you will be notified via email. You will not be penalized.  We strongly encourage you to opt in to all communications to stay “in the know” on all studio happenings.

CODE OF CONDUCT

If you are attending class for the first time, please make an account using our website or app prior to your arrival to help expedite your “sign in” process.

Arrive to class 5-10 minutes before the class start time to give yourself time to get ready. If you are attending your first class, please arrive at least 10 minutes early.

Our doors do lock at the start of class. We do not allow late entry.

Socks are required to be worn for all classes. If you are taking FLOW, you may remove your socks once you are on your yoga mat in the studio. Shoes are not permitted in the studio room.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS/CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your membership at any time. However, we REQUIRE a 30 day cancellation request sent via email to hello@madisonfitnesscollective.com. This request must be made at least 30 days before your next bill date in order to avoid your next membership bill cycle.

You can place your membership on hold. We allow a membership hold of up to 30 days. If you request to cancel your membership while it is on hold, your cancellation must be requested 30 days from the next bill date that would be after the hold is complete.

If you cancel your membership, you will be subject to any price increases should you decide to return and start a new membership.

Unlimited Monthly Membership - $149/month

Student/Teacher/Healthcare Monthly Membership - $109/month
·  Must show proof of qualification
·  Can book unlimited classes each month
·  Can book classes 8 days in advance
·  One guest pass available for use each month
·  Late cancel window is 4 hours. Subject to late cancel fees.
·  Membership renews indefinitely, once per month, until canceled.

8 Class/Month Membership - $119/month
·  Can book 8 classes each month
·  Can book classes 8 days in advance
·  Late cancel window is 4 hours. Subject to late cancel fees.
·  Membership renews indefinitely, once per month, until canceled.

CLASS PACK TERMS

Class packs, also known as “Class Credits,” all have expiration dates and must be used before they expire. Any remaining credits on your class pack will deactivate after the expiration date. Class packs do not renew and are non transferrable and non refundable.

·  Expiration date is noted at the time of purchase
·  Classes can be booked 8 days in advance
·  Credits can be used to book standard (non event) classes on our schedule
·  Credits can not be used to book for guests
·  Late cancel window is 4 hours
·  Late cancel penalty will result in loss of credit

WAITLIST POLICY

You can be added from the waitlist to the class roster up to 30 minutes before the class start time. If you are holding a spot on the waitlist, treat your waitlist reservation the same you would a class reservation. You should be prepared to attend class anytime you are holding a spot on the waitlist. If you have booked a reservation for a guest who is on the waitlist, the same policies apply here.

If you are unsure you are able to attend the class you are on the waitlist for, please remove yourself from the waitlist at least 4 hours before the class start time to avoid being added and being subject to our late cancellation and no show policies.

KIDS ROOM

We currently offer our kids room during specific class times reflected on our schedule. Any kids room reservations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the class time to ensure we have kids room staff present. Kids room is $5 per child and reservations must be made in the kids room “class” on our schedule as a “guest” on your account. RETURN POLICY

Memberships and Class packs are non-refundable or transferable. 

Retail purchases may be exchanged if we have the inventory.

HEALTH POLICY

Please be mindful of others and stay home if you are feeling unwell. If you need to cancel class due to illness and you are within our 4 hour late fee window, please email hello@madisonfitnesscollective.com.

Please let your instructor know of any injuries prior to the start of class.
