FAQ

  • We can’t wait to have you in!

    • Sign our waiver prior to arriving to help save time.

    • Arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time so we can get you checked in and show you around!

    • Let your instructor know of any injuries or questions you have

    • Bring a water and socks! We require socks to be worn for all of our classes, shoes are not permitted in the studio room. If you are taking FLOW, bring your yoga mat. Once you are on your mat in the studio you may remove your socks for class

  • We offer 3 Free Classes to all new clients. You can sign up here (LINK).

  • Please arrive to class on time. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior to the class start time. If it’s your first class, we strongly recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early!

    Our doors do lock at the start of class and we do not allow late entry.

  • You can book classes up to 8 days in advance. If you are registered for a class that you can no longer attend, you must cancel more than 4 hours before the class start time. Any cancellations made within 4 hours of the class start time will result in a $10 late cancel fee. If you do not cancel the class and don’t attend, you will receive a $15 no show fee.

    If you are on a waitlist, treat it like a reservation in class. If you will no longer be able to attend, remove yourself from the waitlist prior to 4 hours before the class start time to avoid being added in and receiving a late cancel fee.

  • Whatever you are comfortable moving in! We do require socks in the studio room for all classes. We also recommend you bring a water bottle.

    For FLOW, bring your yoga mat and you may remove your socks once you are on your mat.

  • You must first purchase the event credit on our buy page. Then, use that event credit to register for the event on our schedule. Memberships and class packs will not apply to event classes as they only apply to standard classes on our schedule.

  • You must be 16 or older to attend classes. If you are 16-18, we do require parental consent sent via email.

  • Yes! Just be sure to arrive early so you can let the instructor know and they can provide any necessary modifications.

  • Yes! Our classes are so great in helping you have a healthy and strong pregnancy. By 12 weeks, let your instructors know so that they can provide you with any necessary modifications.

  • Our unlimited memberships come with a guest pass to be used each month. You will select “guest” when making the reservation. Please provide your guests email address when signing them up.

  • Yes! We offer a discounted unlimited membership to Students, Teachers, and Healthcare workers. Please email hello@madisonfitnesscollective with proof of qualification.

  • We love a good class selfie! However, during class time we encourage you to stay off your phone.
