Our Barre class. 50 minutes of low-impact work utilizing light weight and high repetition. A heavy focus on alignment while challenging you to work out of your comfort zone. Expect small movements and big shakes!

35 minutes of low impact total body strength you get in FORM.

FLEX

A 50 minute full body strength based bootcamp class. You’ll use heavy weights to challenge yourself through functional movements. Each class begins with movements that can be taken in a low or high impact version followed by functional strength sets and a finisher round to get your heart rate up! This class is a combination of our previous Strength and Bootcamp classes and has been created with ALL in mind!

FLEX35
This 35 minute version of our FLEX class will have you lifting heavier weights in 1-2 longer strength circuits.

FIGHT

50 minutes of cardio-kickboxing that will have you punching and kicking to the beat. Your instructor will lead you through two longer cardio sequences and an active strength recovery. This class is unlike any other! Previously known as “Brawl”.

FIRE35

35 minutes of a high intensity, full body workout that rotates between rounds of cardio intervals and strength circuits using body weight and heavy props.

FLOW

This class combines vinyasa flow sequences with functional strength sets to bring you a unique mix of restoration and strength training. This 50 minute class will help build strength and flexibility for all fitness levels. Class will always end with a restorative cool down to help clear your head and refuel your body. This class does require you to bring your own yoga mat. Socks may be removed once on your mat in the studio.

This fun dance class will have a unique theme each month! Learn choreography with your instructor and run through the dance with the whole class.
